By opening an Ventrix account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally permitted to hold a financial account in your jurisdiction.
3. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, 2FA devices, and session integrity.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
Transactions may be reviewed for compliance. Ventrix may hold or reverse fraudulent activity.
5. Investment products
All investment products carry risk. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
6. Loans
Loan eligibility is determined by credit score, financial reputation, KYC and account age. Rates and terms are disclosed at request.
7. Fees
A schedule of platform, transaction and marketplace fees is available in the app and updated periodically.
8. Prohibited activity
Money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion and abuse of the referral programme are strictly forbidden.
9. Termination
Ventrix may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your primary jurisdiction of residence.
